Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Pakistan.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over Rs. 3,000 within Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays can occur due to weather, courier delays, or incorrect address details.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service all across Pakistan.

  • COD Handling Fee: An additional Rs. 50 will be charged on all COD orders.
  • Order Confirmation: For orders above Rs. 5,000, our team may call you to confirm the order before dispatch.
  • Advance Payment: For high-value or bulk orders, we reserve the right to request partial advance payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number from our courier partner - TCS, Leopards Courier, or M&P Express.

You can track your package using the link provided. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at [Aapka Email].

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Customer not available after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the order

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery. If you fail to respond within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued after deducting original and return shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages in Transit

Apex Accessories is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery or contact us immediately at [Aapka Email] with photos within 24 hours of delivery.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the courier on your behalf.
